Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
ZaoliHealth (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website https://zaolihealth.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ZaoliHealth you agree to the practices described here. If you have any questions, email us at contact@zaolihealth.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. If you leave a comment we collect the name, email address and website you enter, plus your IP address and browser details to help us detect spam. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record standard technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the time spent on them, and the website that referred you. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health records, financial details or government identification numbers, and we ask that you do not send them to us.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the website and its content.
- To send the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.
- To respond to your messages, corrections and feedback.
- To measure traffic and understand which articles are useful.
- To show advertising that keeps the site free to read.
- To detect spam, abuse and security problems.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. ZaoliHealth uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies that make the site work, for example remembering your comment details if you choose that option.
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics so we can see anonymous, aggregated statistics about how visitors use the site.
- Advertising cookies set by Google and its advertising partners, described in the next section.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Learn more about managing cookies at allaboutcookies.org.
Google AdSense and third-party advertising
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites on the internet.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick (DART) cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to ZaoliHealth and/or other sites.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- Third-party ad servers or ad networks may use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript or web beacons in the advertisements and links that appear on ZaoliHealth. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. ZaoliHealth has no access to or control over these cookies.
- For more information about how Google uses data when you use our site, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Our articles may also include affiliate links. If you buy something through such a link we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences what we write.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site and approximate location derived from your IP address. We have enabled IP anonymisation where available. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content such as videos or social media posts. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that website. Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies and monitor your interaction with the embedded content.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the site, such as our hosting provider, our email delivery service, Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and only to the extent needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
How long we keep information
Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so follow-up comments can be approved automatically. Server logs and analytics data are kept in aggregated form. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@zaolihealth.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children’s privacy
ZaoliHealth is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our articles link to external sources such as medical organisations and research journals. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites. Please read their privacy policies.
